I wanted to share a little bit of my journey with you all. As a migrant from Jamaica who arrived in the UK in 2001, I faced challenges that tested my resilience and determination.
From struggling to adapt to the cold weather and different food to balancing studies with limited job opportunities, I encountered obstacles that could have easily deterred me. However, I persisted, embracing each challenge as an opportunity for growth.
After countless efforts, I landed a job at a cleaning company, which ignited a passion for the industry that eventually led me to where I am today. With over 20 years of experience in cleaning, hospitality, and people management, I am honoured to lead Look Cleaning Group and provide exceptional service to our clients.

However, I genuinely love my job and the team I work alongside—it's a role I would not change for anything.
