I wanted to share a little bit of my journey with you all. As a migrant from Jamaica who arrived in the UK in 2001, I faced challenges that tested my resilience and determination.

From struggling to adapt to the cold weather and different food to balancing studies with limited job opportunities, I encountered obstacles that could have easily deterred me. However, I persisted, embracing each challenge as an opportunity for growth.

After countless efforts, I landed a job at a cleaning company, which ignited a passion for the industry that eventually led me to where I am today. With over 20 years of experience in cleaning, hospitality, and people management, I am honoured to lead Look Cleaning Group and provide exceptional service to our clients.

At Look Cleaning Group, we do not just see clients and staff; we see family. We are committed to exceeding expectations and ensuring everyone who engages with us feels valued and supported.

My name is Dermayne McCalla, and I am the Head of People & HSE at Look Cleaning Group.

As a dedicated human resources professional, I am passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and facilitating employee development.

My role involves ensuring that the wellbeing of both our staff and the company are closely aligned.

I began my HR career in 2010 as an HR officer in the government, which has paved the way for me to lead our dynamic team at Look Cleaning Group. As is common in our field, each day presents new challenges, especially in the ever-evolving cleaning sector. However, I genuinely love my job and the team I work alongside—it's a role I would not change for anything.

Charles Mckain

Business Development Executive

I am Charles, and I consider myself part of the furniture here at Look Cleaning Group.

I have been with the company since day one, assisting in implementing our processes.

Throughout my journey, I have had the opportunity to work in various departments before taking on my current role as Business Development Executive.
